Instructional Designer

About This Role

This role involves creating new educational materials and content for the Medical Strategy and Knowledge Advancement team, working closely with subject matter experts. The Instructional Designer assists with in-person training, helps manage the learning management system, and equips the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed for tissue regeneration.

Responsibilities

• Create a variety of high-quality educational materials that facilitate effective and engaging training experiences by combining instructional design principles, educational expertise, creativity, and collaboration
• Assist with in-person training as needed
• Provide content creation guidance to other members of the team as needed
• Review and revise existing materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness
• Work closely with subject matter experts
• Gather feedback, conduct assessments, and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve and update the educational materials
• Provide clear communication of the overall scope, deliverables, timing, funding, and resource requirements for assigned projects
• Assist in running of Learning Management System
• Conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies
• Perform other job duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor

’s degree from an accredited college or university

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, education, educational technology, design, medical, science, or other relevant fields
• Familiarity with course authoring tools
• Attention to detail and Quality
• Graphic Design
• Multimedia
• Familiarity with Learning Management systems

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Articulate is a plus
