Covenant Academy of Mobile
This role focuses on improving instruction and student achievement by working directly with teachers. The Instructional Coach will provide strategic support, facilitate professional learning, and assist with data analysis to enhance teaching practices across all student demographics.
Covenant Academy of Mobile is the area's first elementary charter school, which opened on August 8, 2023, with grades K–5th. During the 2027–28 school year, 8th grade will be added, and thereafter, a new grade level will be added yearly until 12th grade is established. The school serves approximately 460 students and provides a "non-traditional" education that prepares students in a S.T.E.A.M. environment to be leaders in a globalized world. Its mission is to create and maintain a positive learning environment that promotes relevant and engaging learning, inspires students to be ambassadors of good character, and empowers students to develop skill sets and a passion for lifelong learning.
