How You Will Make An Impact
- Execute precise installations of custom residential glass, mirrors, and shower enclosures.
- Apply flawless caulking lines and finishes to ensure complete seal and elite aesthetic quality.
- Analyze site conditions proactively to anticipate installation challenges and adjust techniques seamlessly.
- Problem-solve complex field obstacles creatively to maintain project momentum and safety.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while representing our high standards of craftsmanship.
- Operate company vehicles safely during local operations and regional travel.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on glazier or custom shower door installation experience.
- Master-level caulking skills with extreme attention to aesthetic detail and clean finishes.
- Proven ability to think critically, anticipate workflow steps, and solve structural job-site challenges.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours outside a 30-mile radius.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced experience with custom, frameless glass shower enclosures and heavy mirror work.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with specialized glass handling tools.
- Strong team player.
- Attention to detail, time management, and timeliness on projects.

- Competitive hourly pay rate of $29.00 to $36.00 based on experience.
