Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp, telephone, and email, and liaise with internal teams to clarify requirements.
- Prepare and issue accurate service, technical, and spare parts quotations, including pricing and lead times.
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, outstanding quotations, and order fulfilment activities.
- Coordinate with internal sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Monitor spare parts availability and delivery schedules to support customer requirements and urgent equipment recovery needs.
- Follow up on service reports, delivery order acknowledgements, and related sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Provide administrative and operational support as required.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Keen interest in building a long-term career in technical sales or engineering sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in preparing quotations, coordinating service schedules, and managing customer enquiries is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong administrative, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in sales support, spare parts coordination, or the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
- Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders through email, telephone, and messaging platforms.
