Inside Sales Retention Linköping

About This Role

Working with existing customers is the focus of this inside sales role within the Retention department. The core mission is to ensure customers feel secure and well-cared for in their homes. This position involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Moving Department when customers change residence
• Handle Change of Concept, upgrading customers to the newest Verisure concept
• Provide customer care, contact, advice, and service/support
• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls to existing customers

Requirements

• Full secondary education
• Good computer skills
• Genuine interest in customer contact, especially via telephone
