About This Role
This inside sales role focuses on providing technical expertise for electrical equipment prescriptions across diverse product ranges, including lighting, automation, switchgear, electrical cabinets, industrial equipment, low and medium voltage distribution equipment, air conditioning, photovoltaic panels, and home automation. The position is based at the Customer Relationship and Expertise Center in Saint Etienne du Rouvray.
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote products and services to B2B customers
- Guide customer requests based on their competence level
- Prepare quotes
- Process technical requests and any complaints
- Negotiate prices and deadlines
- Actively follow up on technical and commercial proposals made to clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Enter and track orders
