Inside Sales Representative

About This Role

This Digital Sales Associate role involves selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will act as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's solutions to various decision-makers in companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small businesses. The position offers autonomy and flexibility within a set Monday-Friday schedule, with no weekends or travel required.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by working independently and collaboratively within an assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards

Requirements

• Acumen using new tools and technology, with a belief in leveraging insights and real-time data to assist clients and prospects throughout their buying journey
• Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to make proactive, strategic outreach without fear of rejection
• Ability to manage time and present ideas in a clear, professional manner while leveraging go-to-market technology throughout the sales process
• Continuous learner who is always learning, growing, and questioning past methods to improve things

Other acceptable experience if a college degree is not held:

• Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship
• Military experience, including skills such as teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality

Nice to have:

• Prior quota-carrying experience
• Demonstrated ability to successfully build a network via social platforms
• Experience with video platforms
