We're Hiring: Inside Sales Head – IT Services
Are you a driven sales leader ready to build and scale a high-performance inside sales function? We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Head to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the IT services domain.
About the Role:
Lead end-to-end inside sales operations – from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals. You'll own our strategy around Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, Pega, and Data Transformation solutions while building a world-class sales team and driving consistent revenue targets.
What We're Looking For:
- ✅ 10+ years of overall experience in sales
- ✅ 8+ years of relevant experience in Inside/B2B Sales within IT services, specifically in the US Market
- ✅ Deep expertise in selling Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, Pega, or Data Transformation
- ✅ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- ✅ Should have experience managing an Inside Sales Team
- ✅ Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
- ✅ Strong pipeline management and CRM proficiency
- ✅ Prior experience selling to US/global markets
- ✅ Background in IT staffing or consulting sales models
