Inside Sales

About This Role

The Inside Sales Representative supports the full commercial process for selling compressed air systems and related equipment, combining customer interaction, sales support, quotation management, and order coordination. This role is part of a dedicated team, working closely with Account Managers to manage and develop customer relationships, and suits a professional, customer-focused, and proactive individual.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, strengthen, and expand customer relationships
• Advise and support customers and prospects on commercial matters
• Record customer interactions, actions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system
• Prepare, develop, and follow up on quotations
• Monitor and manage sales processes from initial inquiry (leads) through to order placement
• Process, coordinate, and oversee customer orders
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of customer requirements
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify commercial opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Customer-focused with a strong service-oriented and commercial mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Accurate and well-organized, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment
• Curious, eager to learn, and proactive
• Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking

• Work arrangements: Fully site based, with one day remote from home when full-time
