Inside Customer Relationship Manager

About This Role

This role is a great opportunity for freshers to start a career in sales and customer engagement with India's leading real estate platform, NoBroker.com. You will guide customers through their property leasing and buying journeys, building strong relationships and resolving queries.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and guide them through their property leasing/buying journey
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through calls and follow-ups
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information on services
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements
• Maintain customer interaction records using CRM tools
• Meet daily/weekly engagement and resolution targets

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (2023/2024/2025/2026 batch welcome)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of regional languages in addition to English
