Position is on 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday; 2PM - 10:30PM, OT as necessary)
What You Will Do
- You will troubleshoot injection molding process related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- You will operate and maintain injection molding process equipment
- You will operate overhead crane
- You will maintain injection process standards
- You will collaborate with the injection team to identify and implement improvements related to TRP, cycle time, and scrap.
- You have the ability to start a robot
What You Should Have
- You have a high school diploma / GED
- You have 2+ years of experience with new mold set-up and process plastic injection mold machines
- You have 2+ years of experience with the identification of injection plastic defects after the manufacturing process
