About This Role
This role involves operating injection molding machines to produce resin products, primarily through button operations. It is suitable for individuals new to machine operation, as the process is straightforward. The work takes place in a factory with climate control, ensuring comfort throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Replenish materials (pellets) into the molding machine
- Start molding with a button operation
- Remove finished products, deburr, and perform appearance checks
- Report defective products by placing them in a box
Requirements
- No experience required
- All previous work history is irrelevant
- Open to applicants in their 20s to 40s
- Able to move into company housing; applicants from distant locations are welcome
- Support system in place for those with employment gaps

Important Details
- Schedule: 2-shift system (weekly rotation)
- Shift 1: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM
- Shift 2: 8:15 PM - 5:15 AM (the next day)
- Break time: 1 hour (8 hours of actual work)
- Overtime: Approximately 5-10 hours per month
- Night shift only work is not negotiable
- Minimum employment period: 3 months or more (long-term workers welcome)
- Contract: Permanent
- Annual holidays: 120 days or more
- Paid leave acquisition rate: Over 80%
- Long holidays: Year-end and New Year, Golden Week, Obon period
- Start date: Negotiable
