Clinical Manager / Director of Nursing
CPS Infusion, LLC is a Georgia-based specialty infusion provider focused on delivering high-quality care in alternate site settings. We are committed to improving the patient experience and supporting individuals with both acute and chronic conditions. Our clinical expertise, dedicated care teams, and growing regional presence allow us to reimagine what infusion care can look like for patients, providers, and partners as we expand beyond Georgia into new markets.
Our mission is to deliver compassionate, high-quality infusion services that put patients and providers first. To achieve this, we are committed to building a culture that attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent—because extraordinary care begins with extraordinary people.
Position Summary
CPS Infusion is seeking a skilled, motivated Infusion Nurse to join our growing clinical team across multiple sites of care in Georgia. This is a high-impact, patient-facing role at the center of everything we do. The Infusion Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality infusion therapy to patients managing complex chronic conditions — including autoimmune diseases, inflammatory conditions, and rare diagnoses — in a setting designed to feel more like a private clinic than a hospital. This role involves administering biologic and specialty infusions, monitoring patients throughout the treatment process, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and serving as a trusted point of contact for patients and their care teams. The ideal candidate is a clinically strong, self-directed nurse who thrives in a team-oriented, fast-growing environment and takes genuine pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience at every visit.
