Role:
Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care plans; monitor patient conditions; document care and changes; advocate for patients and communicate with families and healthcare providers.
