Responsibilities
RED TIC is recruiting for one of its partners an Infrastructure Security Project Manager who will be responsible for the following tasks:
Mission: Security
As an Infrastructure & Security Project Manager, you will be involved in several major initiatives within the unit. This role requires communication and interaction with multiple teams.
The Project Manager must also resolve issues and develop new improvements to achieve targeted results. If you have project management experience, we would like to get to know you.
Operational Focus
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Possess expertise in at least one technology related to infrastructure domains (Security, Cloud, DevOps, system, network, middlewares, databases)
- Master project planning for transformation or evolution projects
- Master operational risk management
- Master prioritization and follow-up of actions
- Master activity reporting
- Strong listening, analytical, perspective-taking, and adaptability skills
- Strong writing and reporting skills
- Autonomy, dynamism, rigor, and good interpersonal skills (frequent client interactions)
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in agile project management would be a plus
- Experience in managing security projects
Qualities Required to Succeed in This Role
- Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science, with a minimum of 10 years of overall experience and significant experience in managing Infrastructure projects with various engagement types (staffing/fixed-price).
- Significant experience in Infrastructure Maintenance Service (IMS), ideally in an international context, and a good understanding of ITIL practices.
- Strong leadership experience: your teams and clients recognize you for your technical, functional, and managerial skills. Your qualities include rigor, anticipation, synthesis, and strong collaboration skills.
Certifications and Qualifications
PMP certification.
For security: CISSP or CCSP (at least one of these is mandatory).
Concrete Project Examples
- « Oracle Exit » for Oracle 12 to Oracle 19c upgrade and migration to the cloud.
- Server security enhancement.
- Flow migration.
- Application isolation (separation of prod and non-prod environments).
Project Team Size and Typical Project Duration
- Average team size: 10 FTE (profiles: experts and architects).
- Project duration: between 3 and 12 months, depending on the project size and scope.
