Infrastructure Project Manager

About This Role

This project management role involves leading IT infrastructure projects for a high-tech group in the aerospace, space, and defense sectors. The position suits an experienced project manager with a strong team spirit and adaptability, who can drive projects forward while ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure modernization, optimization, and security projects (operating systems, databases, identity management, virtualization)
• Proactively manage technology obsolescence and ensure the longevity of the information system
• Coordinate actions within production teams to deploy necessary infrastructures for business applications
• Manage strategic, human, financial, legal, and organizational aspects of projects from launch to production
• Liaise between various project stakeholders (functional, technical, internal, and external) to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with cost, quality, and deadline objectives by applying Safran's project management methodologies
• Regularly present project progress and action plans related to risks
• Manage and facilitate communication with teams and various stakeholders
• Prepare and lead change management to ensure user adoption of new solutions

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in IT
• At least 2 years of experience in infrastructure-focused project management
• Strong team spirit
• Adaptability to handle all subjects within the scope
• Excellent listening, leadership, and decision-making skills
