Role: Infrastructure Operations Engineer
Location: HYDERABAD (Hybrid)
Job Type: Fulltime/Permanent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Operations Engineer with a strong background in M365, Command Center leadership, DevOps support, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing infrastructure operations, ensuring optimal performance, and leading teams in a dynamic environment. A critical requirement for this role is expertise in Windows Virtual Desktop.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Command Center operations, ensuring seamless infrastructure management and support.
- Implement and manage M365 solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.
- Provide DevOps support, facilitating continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Manage AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost effectiveness.
- Oversee the deployment and management of Windows Virtual Desktop environments.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive experience with Windows Virtual Desktop.
- Strong knowledge of M365 administration and management.
- Proficiency in AWS services and architecture.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in infrastructure operations or a related role.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
