About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing and connecting top-tier IT and software talent with industry-leading end-client organizations on a national scale. Partnering closely with our Business Development team, you'll play a key role in understanding client needs and delivering exceptional talent solutions across general IT and core technology — software engineering, full-stack development, data, cloud, and cybersecurity. We're looking for a driven and experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of placing high-quality technology candidates directly with end-client organizations, including retail.
What You'll Own
- Full-cycle recruiting
— proactively source, screen, and engage highly qualified talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach; manage the end-to-end process from initial outreach and screening through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding - Delivery partnership
— work hand-in-glove with Business Development to understand client requirements and translate them into submittable, fillable job orders, keeping fill ratios and time-to-submit tight - Pipeline building
— build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across Engineers, Developers (full-stack, front-end, back-end), and data/reporting professionals — spanning enterprise development (.NET, Java, JavaScript), databases and cloud data platforms (SQL, Oracle, BI/Analytics), the full SDLC, and emerging AI/ML skill sets (NLP, LLMs, predictive modeling) - CRM/ATS discipline
— utilize applicant tracking systems and CRM tools to track candidate interactions, manage talent pipelines, and maintain accurate records - Market intelligence
— stay current on IT hiring trends and emerging demand around AI/ML adoption, cloud migration, and cybersecurity hiring to keep pipelines ahead of client need
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of Full-cycle recruitment experience within Technology staffing
- Experience recruiting across modern software engineering, data, and AI disciplines: including full-stack and enterprise development (.NET, Java, JavaScript), front-end/back-end engineering, databases and cloud data platforms (SQL, Oracle, BI/Analytics), SDLC methodologies, and emerging data/ML skill sets (AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, predictive modeling)
- Organizational & communication skills for monitoring weekly activity and incentivizing production
- Experience cultivating candidate pipelines and driving candidate management techniques
- A problem solver: analyzing and resolving issues at both a strategic and functional level
- High level of ambition, resilient and flexible: able to deal with ambiguity and change within a midsize but high-growth business
- ATS experience, ideally with Bullhorn
