Job Description
- We are seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, ATS utilization, and corporate recruiting and a proven ability to source, evaluate, and present qualified candidates while managing the end-to-end hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Actively recruit for a wide variety of positions across functions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
- Evaluate and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review.
- Schedule interviews, facilitate feedback, and manage offers through acceptance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated requisition ownership.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate databases.
- Corporate recruiting background with stakeholder management skills.
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Travel recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting multiple requisitions and business lines.
