Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Hong Kong recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of IT recruitment experience with good knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment processes within the Hong Kong market.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
- Ensure recruitment targets and turnaround times are met.
- Stay updated on Hong Kong IT talent availability and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment/talent acquisition .
- Candidates with Hong Kong recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Good understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Locally available in Hong Kong.
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
- Candidates with prior IT staffing/recruitment agency experience will be an added advantage.
