- Strong executive presence with experience presenting procurement strategies and negotiation outcomes to senior leadership.
- Experience working in enterprise or mid-to-large-sized organizations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using AI or AI-enabled tools within procurement or sourcing processes.
- Knowledge of procurement benchmarking, spend analysis, and supplier performance management.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Stable employment history with demonstrated long-term tenure in previous roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Comfortable presenting to executives and defending sourcing decisions with data.
- Experience working in complex enterprise procurement environments.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Professional with a strong background in IT procurement and strategic sourcing. This role requires an individual who can negotiate complex IT contracts, present procurement strategies to executive leadership, and support enterprise-level sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience procuring IT hardware, software, and technology services while demonstrating strong business acumen and executive presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for IT hardware, software, cloud, and technology services.
- Negotiate supplier agreements, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve optimal business value.
- Develop and present sourcing strategies, negotiation outcomes, and benchmarking analysis to executive leadership, including the CIO.
- Explain procurement decisions, market benchmarks, and negotiation strategies with confidence and supporting data.
- Manage supplier relationships and drive cost savings while minimizing business risk.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to support sourcing recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, including the use of AI or automation tools where applicable.
