About the role
Selected candidates will be responsible for Computer System Operation Support.
Job Duty:
- To Preform server room operations including systems/ network monitoring and health check.
- To assist in problem management, perform the escalation and remedy action according to per- defined procedures.
- To Mount backup tapes and deliver to offsite.
- To Perform site inspection at headquarters and remote sites.
- To conduct the system restore from backup tapes regularly.
- To be on call during non- office hours to provide operation support services.
- Required to have solid experience in operation of computer systems for Windows Server, NetBackup System, blade servers and SAN storages.
Requirements:
- Diploma of computer or IT related subjects from a registered Higher Education Institution in Hong Kong, or equivalent.
- At least 1-year relevant post-qualification experience in the computing field
