Information Security Manager

About This Role

Leading the management of Information Security and Business Continuity is the core of this role, ensuring compliance with global standards and international certifications. The manager will oversee the administration and continuous improvement of management systems, define policies and procedures, and manage risks and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certifications
• Design, implement, and monitor security and continuity policies, controls, and procedures
• Ensure regulatory compliance and anticipate impacts of normative changes
• Evaluate and validate providers under security and continuity standards
• Lead training and awareness programs in information security
• Manage projects, budgets, and resources linked to the area
• Participate in global security initiatives and corporate metrics
• Lead and develop teams, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth
• Provide support for client requirements related to information security and business continuity

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Informatics, Computer Security, or related field (exclusive)
• 5 to 7 years leading implementations and administration of IT Security projects, implementation of controls and audits based on industry standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ITIL, etc.)
• Advanced English (exclusive)
• Certifications (exclusive): ISO 27001, ISO 22301

• Certifications: ITIL, CISM or CISP
• Technological tools: Office Suite
