Overview Schedule: Part-time, Monday-Friday (4:00pm-9:30pm)
Job Description Summary Greets visitors, responding to inquires or problems and directing visitors to requested locations.
Job Description Essential Functions:
- Answers and directs phone calls and walk-in inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Provides information about the organization's services, policies, and procedures to visitors.
- Maintains and updates records of visitors, inquiries, and complaints.
- Monitors and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the information desk area.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to visitors.

Skills
- Must possess general office and multitasking skills.
- Requires good listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of standardmedical terminology.
- Ability to type 35 words per minute.

Experience Two years of customer service experience, required.
