本ポジションでは製造・流通業のお客様に対して、
各種プロジェクトの提案から実行までを担っていただけるコンサルタントを募集いたします。
対象となる顧客は、自動車、機械、電子・電機、半導体、重工業、石油・化学、建設、電力、ガス、物流、小売、航空、旅行運輸等
日本を代表するナショナルクライアントならびにグローバルクライアントを担当いただきます。
主な業務内容：
- 国内外での先進ソリューションのスタディやソリューション・セールスや他のロールと協業し、クライアントが抱える課題に対し、最適なソリューションを提案する
- 大規模なアプリケーション開発プロジェクトの統括・管理
- クラウド上の最先端テクノロジーを活用したシステムの提案・開発・構築
- 最先端のITテクノロジーを活用したソリューション提案
- 新規事業など、クラウド上で短期構築が求められる開発プロジェクトの統括・管理

Required Technical And Professional Expertise Industry knowledge in energy and utility industry, IT skills, communication skills with customers, and proactive proposal activities.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience 必要な専門的および技術的知識（以下いずれかの経験を活かして頂けます)
- コンサルファームにおける製造・流通領域のコンサルティング・プロジェクト経験
- SIerやITベンダーでの製造・流通領域のプロジェクト経験
- 製造・流通業界向けソリューションの企画および営業経験
- 製造・流通業界の業務知識があり、システムの開発・設計の経験(PLM、BOM、MES、SCM、CRM、SAP、FSI、Oracle等)
- 企画構想、システムデリバリー、顧客共創の全体をリードする「プロデューサー」を目指したいと思っていただける方
- コンサルティングファーム、SIer/ベンダー、事業会社いずれかでのBtoBビジネスにおいて
- 0→1企画構想、1→10システムデリバリー、10→100共創に携わった経験をお持ちの方
- パートナーエコシステムを広げる業務に携わった経験をお持ちの方
- パートナーとの共創ビジネスに携わった経験をお持ちの方
- お客様の意思決定に関わる資料作成や、お客様との意思疎通を行うに十分な日本語力を有していること
