The Industrial Engineer supports the successful transition of new products, technologies, processes, and manufacturing capabilities from design into production. This role partners with various cross-functional teams to ensure products and manufacturing processes are ready for safe, efficient, repeatable, and scalable production. The Industrial Engineer supports First-of-a-Kind (FOK) builds, manufacturing readiness, product launches, process validation, capacity planning, factory readiness, and continuous improvement activities.
The position may specialize in one of four primary areas of focus: Electrical Industrialization (electrical product launches and manufacturing readiness), Mechanical Industrialization (mechanical product launches and process validation), Factory & Capacity Industrialization (factory growth, layouts, automation, and capacity planning), or Supply Chain & Vertical Integration Industrialization (supply chain readiness and manufacturing strategy).
