This full-time, onsite contract role for 6 to 12 months is for an Industrial Engineer who wants to make a visible difference quickly in the company's Carlsbad operation. You will be responsible for the numbers behind the production floor, including how long tasks take, how lines are balanced, how material moves, and how to increase throughput without adding chaos. You will work directly on the production floor with operators, supervisors, and a seasoned cross-functional team, and your recommendations will lead to real changes.
