Position Overview
The Industrial Director is responsible for the overall industrial strategy, operational performance, and sustainable growth of our manufacturing operations across Selangor and Ipoh, Perak.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute industrial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead multi-site manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People targets.
- Champion EHS excellence and sustainability initiatives.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement programmes.
- Lead CAPEX planning and modernization projects.
- Manage Plant Managers and industrial leadership teams.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
15-20 years of manufacturing leadership experience with significant multi-site management exposure.
