About the role
- Position: Indoor Sales Executive
- Location: Pasir Panjang (walking distance from Pasir Panjang MRT)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Food products supplier
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally via phone and other communication channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable sales opportunities.
- Recommend, explain and upsell relevant products and services.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints and coordinate with relevant departments where required.
- Keep updated on product, service and competitor information.
- Research and identify potential new leads.
- Follow up on opportunities, close sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams to support timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Perform related sales-administration duties.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline.
- At least three years of relevant experience in indoor sales, inside sales, telesales or a related customer-facing sales role.
- Good understanding of sales processes, lead follow-up and customer conversion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using basic sales, CRM or order-management systems.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on leads.
