Cavco Nampa is seeking an experienced Independent Service Contractor to perform service and warranty repairs on manufactured homes throughout the Northwest.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Cavco Nampa Service Department to complete service work
- Perform warranty and service repairs on manufactured homes
- Provide your own truck, trailer, and necessary tools
- Maintain accurate work records and service documentation
- Present a professional appearance at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for homeowners
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic
Qualifications

Current General Liability and Vehicle Insurance (required)

Willingness and ability to travel overnight for daily and weekly projects throughout the Northwest

Experience in residential construction and repairs, including:

Drywall repair and texture application

Door adjustments
-
Flooring repairs
-
Plumbing
-
Electrical
-
Roofing
-
General finish work
-
Ability to lift at least 70 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking and climbing

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills with a patient, professional, and customer-focused approach
