Inbound&Out bound Quality Team Leader

Main Tasks

• Lead and develop the Inbound&outbound quality team to manage the supplier quality per global supplier quality strategy/guidelines/processes
• Lead the team to manage supplier audits
• Work with procurement for new supplier qualification, development
• Lead the team to realize supplier quality control plan for key material category, ensuring sufficient material qualificiation
• Lead the team to work with procurement on supplier quality performance evaluation and improvement
• Lead the supplier quality improvement projects for profitup, ensuring stable quality is supplied
• Work with development, procurement on R&D project/new product quality
• Work with supply chain on change management at supplier side
• Other Tasks assigned by manager or global quality projects.

Competencies

Function relative Knowledge and Skills

• Strong organizational & communication skills and leadership ability to drive improvement within the team
• Quality tools such as 8D, FMEA and APQP are preferred.
• Be sensitive/critical thinking to deviations/ potential risks and the ability to solve the problem

Requirements
Education

• Bachelor diploma in Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.

Experience

• 3+ years experience in the manufacture of mechanical/machining parts background
• 2+ years management experience in the leader position of Process/Supplier Quality
• Experience in Quality tools (5 whys, 8D, FMEA, APQP…) and risk management is preferred
