Summary:
Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru (5 Days Onsite)
Contract Duration: 6 Months with possible extension
Shift: 8am 8pm IST
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 40–60 inbound customer calls per day in a professional manner
- Resolve customer queries accurately within defined timelines
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Follow SOPs for call handling and issue resolution
- Document customer interactions and update system records
- Adhere to quality, compliance, and process guidelines
- Candidate will be dealing with West Africa people so they must have patience to communicate with them.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Graduation completed (mandatory; subject to client validation)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills in English
- Good listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge and system navigation skills
- Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite, including weekends and public holidays
- Adaptable to rotational shifts
Additional Information:
- 5-day work week with weekday offs
- Public holiday working will be compensated
- Cab service will be provided
