Responsibilities:
The Testing Lead
is responsible for
overseeing the software testing process, ensuring product quality, and leading a team of QA engineers. This role involves planning, designing, and executing test strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Mandatory skill sets:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
, IT, or related field

–10 years of experience in software testing/QA

Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC

Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

Hands-on experience in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)

Good understanding of API testing and performance testing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred skill sets:
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Certifications like ISTQB (advanced level preferred)
Experience with performance tools like JMeter
