Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused In Store Crew Members to join our retail team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, maintaining a vibrant store environment, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Prior experience in retail, along with strong communication skills, will be highly valued.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS systems efficiently
- Assist with merchandising tasks including stocking shelves, organizing displays
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties with attention to retail math and cash handling procedures
- Upsell products and promote new items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
- Support supervising staff in overseeing daily store operations when needed
- Engage customers with product knowledge and assist with inquiries using effective phone etiquette and communication skills
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, restaurant, or similar environments is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills required
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Supervising experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
