About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in a home setting. Responsibilities Include
- Delivering and documenting patient care according to physician orders and care plans
- Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
- Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention
- Ensuring infection control and maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Participating in ongoing education and skill development
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
- Current CPR certification
- TB test within last 12 months
- Preferably six months of clinical nursing experience; pediatric experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes

- Attention to detail, effective communication, and time management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and reposition patients safely
