About the role
We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled, patient-centered care in a home setting, primarily during night shifts (7 PM to 7 AM). This role involves delivering and documenting nursing care for pediatric patients with complex needs, including feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing and updating care plans, administering medications, and educating families on disease management and self-care. The position requires an active, unencumbered RN license, current CPR certification, TB test within the past year, and reliable transportation. Preferred candidates have at least six months of clinical experience; specialized experience in pediatrics, oncology, or home health is advantageous. Essential skills include attention to detail, effective communication, time management, and problem-solving. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform prolonged standing, and navigate diverse environments is required.
