Implementation Specialist

This client-facing role is ideal for a recent graduate or an established professional looking to launch or advance a career in project management and client services. The Implementation Specialist will be a key part of the implementation process, creating and maintaining project plans that align with the project scope. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn and grow in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage implementation project plans
• Schedule and prepare for client meetings
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• Document meeting notes, action items, and client decisions
• Provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients
• Document risks and escalate concerns to leadership, when needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Fulfillment, Compliance, Marketing, IT, Claims, and more

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A quick learner who is eager to grow and take on new challenges
• Comfortable working with clients and internal teams
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, or project management platforms (training provided)
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to exceed expectations

Important Details

• Work format: three days per week in the office, two from home; beginning in Spring 2027, five days per week in the office
