Implementation Specialist

About This Role

This Implementation Specialist role is for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys managing processes from start to finish. The specialist will be the operational engine that helps turn financial planning recommendations into completed action items for clients, ensuring every detail is handled accurately. This is not a sales, financial advisor, or business development role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative implementation of planning recommendations and client service requests, ensuring every step is completed accurately and efficiently
• Open and maintain investment accounts
• Process transfers and account changes
• Coordinate beneficiary updates
• Facilitate money movement requests
• Collect and review client documentation
• Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate before submission
• Prepare and submit insurance applications
• Track underwriting and policy issuance
• Follow up with carriers and custodians
• Resolve outstanding requirements
• Manage implementation workflows from start to finish
• Monitor outstanding tasks and deadlines
• Maintain CRM records and documentation
• Ensure records meet compliance standards
• Create and maintain organized client files
• Coordinate with advisors and relationship managers
• Assist clients with implementation-related questions
• Communicate status updates clearly and professionally
• Help create a seamless client experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
