Implementation Specialist

About This Role

Leading successful customer implementations is the core of this role, which requires a proven track record in operations and excellent communication skills. The Implementation Specialist will need a thorough understanding of the customer onboarding process and be comfortable working independently with minimal direction. This position suits a solid player with succession capabilities beyond this role, with the capacity to engage teams and build followership.

Responsibilities

• Account for all tactical aspects of customer onboarding and systems/operational implementations
• Serve as the floor level resource for operations, account management, and IT
• Work with WMS specialists and be the primary resource for basic UAT
• Be responsible for tactical level assignments defined within Business Requirements Documentation (BRD)
• Help facilitate the transition of newly launched customers to the operational and account management teams
• Be willing to travel to any campus for extended periods of time to support new customer onboarding
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse experience is a must with experience utilizing multiple WMS applications preferred
• Ability to provide creative solutions to business problems and apply critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve complex problems
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple assignments at the same time and meet established deadlines
• Ability to develop a business relationship with internal and external customers
• Must be able to work independently and make independent judgments
• Ability to think strategically and possess analytical skills that will allow for generating, reviewing, and analyzing various reports and processes
• Working knowledge and experience of the Supply Chain process and understanding of the receiving and picking process
• Must be available to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
