About This Role
An Implementation Specialist acts as the primary contact for new clients during the implementation process, building customized payroll platforms and coordinating with other departments. This role suits a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main and single point of contact with new clients during the implementation process
- Build customized payroll platforms in coordination with other services sold and other departments as necessary
- Responsible for collection of data in order to build current year payroll to balance the new system to previous quarterly and individual payroll information
- Communicate with other departments regarding status and coordinate additional product setup with implementation setup
Requirements
- Two to three years of payroll experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
