Implementation Specialist

About This Role

This is the first Implementation Specialist role at an AI company focused on recruiting, where you will manage how new customers experience the product. You will be responsible for configuring the product, running training sessions, and ensuring users are productive with Metaview's AI agents from the start. This role offers significant scope to define the function and provides hands-on experience in AI adoption across various businesses.

Responsibilities

• Run implementations for strategic customers, including planning, setup, tracking, and communication of next steps
• Build each customer's version of Metaview, involving prompt engineering to define ideal candidate profiles, provide company context, build note templates, and integrate Metaview with ATS and other systems
• Move customers onto advanced features once basic functionalities are established
• Conduct training sessions for end users and hiring managers, and create custom Loom videos to ensure sustained usage
• Monitor adoption, identify users needing support, and provide targeted training or configuration changes
• Serve as the primary customer contact during onboarding and escalate issues to the team when necessary
• Create reusable assets from implementations and share insights on effective onboarding strategies

Requirements

• Project management skills, comfortable running multiple implementations simultaneously with various milestones and stakeholders
• Product fluency, with an interest in understanding how things work, configuration, integrations, data, and prompts
• Ability to break down complex products for training and drive behavior change, with success measured by sustained usage
• Hospitality-focused approach, tailoring implementations to customer needs and being easy to work with
• Systems thinking, instinctively turning one-off sessions into reusable processes
