Implementation Specialist

About This Role

This role uses problem-solving skills, technical interests, and client communication skills to their full potential. The Implementation Specialist works with global clients to lead the implementation of ONESOURCE Pagero, an e-invoicing compliance software, with their systems. It is ideal for a well-organized, collaborative, and analytical person who wants to grow their career in software implementation and collaborate with a varied book of clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as a specialist in a large, cross-functional software implementation team that specializes in e-invoicing solutions
• Work directly with global clients to understand their ONESOURCE Pagero implementation requirements
• Run product demonstrations, deliver end-user and super-user training, and configure the software to meet client requirements
• Use analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills to test client software implementations
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure that project plans run to required timelines and within budget
• Resolve customer support issues by working with clients directly and collaborating with internal teams (such as product, sales, and support) on a range of pre-sales software demos and prospectively scoping client needs
• Design, develop, and document project deliverables according to timelines and budgets

Requirements

• Interest in software and how it is implemented and configured at a range of global institutions
• Understanding of basic coding with the desire to learn and develop skills within a software setting
• Analytical mindset, gained through academic studies or wider interest in coding, economics, or project management
• Collaborative attitude, able to work closely with colleagues at various levels of seniority and communicate complex solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus), able to deliver the highest level of customer service to clients
