About This Role
An Implementation Specialist manages the end-to-end implementation of software solutions for clients, ensuring successful delivery. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in client handling and software deployment processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation of software solutions
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements
- Configure applications according to business requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and onboarding sessions
- Coordinate with Development, QA, and Support teams
- Handle data migration, system integration, and configuration
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide timely solutions
- Prepare implementation documents, user manuals, and project reports
- Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Support clients during go-live and post-implementation stages
- Collect client feedback and communicate enhancement requirements to the Product team
Requirements
- Strong understanding of software implementation and deployment processes
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and client handling
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and database concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in verbal and written communication
- Bachelor
- 3+ years of experience in Software Implementation, Technical Support, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
