Immigration Paralegal

This immigration paralegal role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who is passionate about immigration law and eager to contribute to a mission-driven legal practice. The position involves supporting clients and attorneys in a fast-paced environment and requires strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, both in English and Spanish
• Gather, organize, and summarize client information and supporting evidence
• Maintain and organize client files and case documentation
• Prepare and draft immigration forms, affidavits, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct basic legal research relevant to immigration matters
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and other legal staff

Requirements

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as removal defense immigration paralegal
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn case management software
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
