  • Immigration & Visa Counsellor

Job Description

  • Counsel prospective clients regarding suitable immigration and visa options based on their educational, professional, financial, and personal profiles.
  • Explain visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and timelines clearly.
  • Conduct counselling sessions through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients throughout the counselling process.

Key Responsibilities Client Counselling:

  • Understand and evaluate clients' educational, professional, financial, and personal profiles.
  • Suggest suitable immigration and visa options according to client requirements.
  • Provide accurate information regarding visa eligibility, processes, documentation, and timelines.
  • Address client queries and provide appropriate guidance throughout the counselling process.

Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Follow up regularly with prospective clients.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building practices.

Client & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM/database information.
  • Coordinate with internal processing teams for smooth client handling.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

Immigration & Visa Knowledge

  • Stay updated on immigration rules, visa policies, and destination-country requirements.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of international immigration and visa processes.
  • Ensure clients receive clear and relevant information based on their requirements.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and persuasive client-handling abilities.
  • Strong interest in sales and achieving targets.
  • Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn about international immigration and visa processes.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Strong communication and counselling skills.
  • Sales-oriented approach with the ability to achieve targets.

Job Details

  • Location: Nehru Place, Delhi
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Employment Type: Full Time
