Up to RM3,500/Mth ! Immediate Hiring x20 Debt Collection Executive | 1 Year Contract (Renewable)
📍 Location: Mercu 2 (Work in Office) - Nearby LRT Station Abudullah Hukum
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Contract: 12 Months contract (Renewable)
💰 Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary RM2,400
- KPI Incentive (Up to RM 2,500!! )
- Fixed Allowance: RM100
- Overtime (OT) & Callback allowances provided
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to discuss overdue accounts and repayment plans
- Negotiate suitable repayment solutions and follow up on commitments
- Perform outbound calls to ensure timely collections and recovery
- Handle customer enquiries related to outstanding payments
- Achieve assigned targets while complying with company guidelines
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Experience in collections or call center is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Able to stay composed and work in a target-driven environment
