Responsibilities
- Character design: Visual production of appealing characters, design of costumes, expressions, and poses
- Background illustration: Creating backgrounds that color the work's world view and spaces that deepen the story
- Story creation: Structuring narratives, setting world views, and devising character relationships and developments
- Comic name creation: Designing the foundation of a manga, including paneling, composition, direction, and dialogue placement
- Script/scenario writing: Writing dialogue that brings out character personalities and scenes that enhance the work
- Other creative tasks: Leveraging your strengths and ideas in production
Requirements
- Experience creating digital illustrations and a desire to turn skills into a career
- Ability to leverage preferred genres like characters or backgrounds
- Interest in manga and story creation, and a love for bringing ideas to life
- Desire to apply unique ideas and expressive power to creative work
- Desire to further hone production skills cultivated through hobbies into a profession
- Desire to challenge creative work and expand personal potential
- Experience creating illustrations in a digital environment
- Ability to deliver data in PSD format
- Basic digital production operation skills
- Eagerness to engage in production using personal strengths and ideas
