About the role
**Summery:**Seeking an experienced Ignition Developer to design, develop, and lead the implementation of SCADA/MES solutions using the Ignition platform. The role involves solution architecture, system integration, project leadership, and mentoring teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing environments.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SCADA/MES solutions using Ignition Perspective and Vision modules.
- Integrate PLCs, shop-floor systems, and enterprise applications (ERP/MES).
- Lead end-to-end project delivery and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and optimize Ignition applications, scripting, and database solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high availability and performance.
- Prepare technical documentation and mentor junior team members.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Ignition Platform (Perspective & Vision).
- Hands-on expertise in Python (Jython), SQL.
- Knowledge of MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus protocols.
- Experience with Sepasoft MES modules (OEE, SPC, Track & Trace).
- Understanding of industrial automation, SCADA, and MES systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
