Role: ICU Nurse
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced medical interventions. Oversee patient recovery, ensuring safety and adherence to clinical protocols. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and respond to emergencies promptly.
Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Compassionate with excellent communication skills and the ability to support patients and families during challenging times. Knowledge of advanced medical equipment and protocols. Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and maintain meticulous documentation.
Key Duties: Critical patient monitoring, medication administration, emergency response, and documentation. Ensuring high standards of patient safety and care quality. Supporting the recovery process for critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.
