ICU Clinical Nurse - Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in an ICU setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities enhancing patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; engage in professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the interprofessional team, patients, and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
• Utilize critical nursing skills and adhere to safety protocols, including responding to Code Blue emergencies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; RN license required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and ICU experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to work safely and alertly.
